01 At conveyor speeds reaching 250 m/min, veneer splits become a real problem. EN-301 uses closed loop feedback to synchronise the spindle lathe and output conveyor in real time, keeping your peeling line running clean and at full speed.
02 Closed loop moisture content control built for net dryers, roll dryers, and hot air roller dryers. Whether you run EN-303, GENUS-306i, or VMA-312, all three share the same integrated intelligence platform.
03 iPAWS-3 uses AI powered surface scanning to detect holes, knots, cracks, and wormholes at full line speed. The grade signal connects directly to the peeling line auto stacker for hands free automatic sorting.
Biomass Renewable Energy
We turn wood waste and agricultural residues into clean, bankable energy. Our four pathways cover biomass drying, pelletizing, gasification power generation, and carbonisation to biochar.
01 Gentle low temperature, negative pressure drying designed for high moisture biomass feedstock. It brings moisture content down from 75% to 10%, giving every downstream process a clean and consistent starting point.
02 Ring die press pelletizing that converts dried biomass into industrial grade wood fuel pellets. Natural lignin bonding means zero chemical additives are needed, and the output meets EnPlus A1 grade certification.
03 A four zone thermochemical gasification reactor that converts biomass into clean syngas for combined heat and power generation. Modular output scales from 500 kW to 2 MW and the system deploys in as little as 7 to 10 days.
04 A three zone, indirect heating carbonisation furnace producing both industrial charcoal and agricultural biochar. Carbon recovery reaches 40 to 42% with zero direct emissions, achieved through closed loop pyrolysis gas reuse.
