Location: South Africa 

A 4Mkcal/hr moving grate thermal oil boiler, with automatic fuel feeding conveyor system and fully automated combustion control system was installed in South Africa in Oct 2018. This boiler unit was initially designed to:

 * Drive 1 unit of veneer roller dryer, 9 heating sections with a working width of 6.2m. 
 * Accept fuel with moisture contents of below 20%.
 
 After the trial run and commissioning of this boiler, the heat energy generated from this boiler was not only driving the 9 section veneer roller dryers, but was sufficient enough to drive another veneer roller dryer with 4 heating sections. Not only this, the performance of the moving grate was astonishing! The fuel with moisture contents of below 45% was able to handle perfectly by this boiler
