REMINDER: Customer ID Rules
Since only EU NIAN customers are allowed to access
the online technical support, and all technical data
(for trouble-shooting) of EU NIAN products in each
factory are unique, the Customer ID of EU NIAN
customers MUST be unique too.
No one is allowed to change the Customer ID except
EU NIAN.

Internet
Pin Rules
6 to 12 alphanumeric characters only.
Cannot be the same with Customer ID.
Cannot re-use the current password.
Cannot contain any empty space.
Cannot contain more than 2 consecutive identical
characters. (e.g. fp002888 there are 3 consecutive
identical number 8)
Cannot contain special character (e.g. %, &, /, *,
# etc).
As an added security, you are advised to change
your Internet Pin on a regular basis, e.g. every 1
month.

If you forget
your Internet Pin, you will be asked to give a correct
Pin Answer to the following Pin Question before allowing
you to choose a new Internet Pin.
