Introduction

SYN-PH Fully Auto Conveyor Synchroniser – as it is named – is a simple but highly innovative product that synchronized between two drivers speed. The typical applications of this system are:

  • Speed synchronisation between Unreeling Mechanism (known as controlled-driver) and Dryer Input Conveyor (known as main-driver).
  • Speed synchronisation between Dryer Output Conveyor (known as controlled-driver) and Dryer Net (known as main-driver).
  • Speed synchronisation at Green Clipper section.
The key advantages of this system are:
  • Decrease veneer split problem
  • Increase machine efficiency

  • Improve veneer quality
  • Reduce overall production cost
